Terms and Conditions
All bookings are accepted subject to the following terms and
conditions:
LETTINGS ARE FOR A MINIMUM OF ONE WEEK. STARTING AT
NOON ON THE DAY OF ARRIVAL AND ENDING AT 10.00 A.M. ON THE DAY OF
DEPARTURE. ALTERNATIVE TIMES BY ARRANGEMENT.
The use of amenities are at the users risk and no responsibility can
be accepted for the loss or damage to visitors/belongings.
Minor damage or breakages will not normally be charged to the hirer,
but we stress that all damages and breakages are the legal
responsibility of the hirer, and their cost shall be refundable on
demand.
Baggage and personal belongings are at the hirers risk at all times.
No responsibility can be accepted for the loss or damage to any car
or its contents.
Linen is changed between tenancies. Visitors staying more than one
week will be supplied with fresh linen each week if requested. Where
duvets and covers are supplied blankets are not supplied in
addition.
Under no circumstances may more than the maximum number of persons
occupy the property, except by prior written agreement. OWNERS
RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ADMITTANCE IF THIS CONDITION IS NOT
OBSERVED. In addition, as the property is principally designed for
family holidays, we reserve the right to refuse any bookings from
parties which in our opinion are unsuitable for the property
concerned, either by reason of numbers or composition.
The hirer, is responsible for all the property and is expected to
take all reasonable care of it. All equipment, utensils etc., must
be left clean and the property must be left clean and tidy at the
end of the hire period. |
